Note: This application should be completed by prospective PI participants only. Please review the Participant Requirements page before completing.
Prospective PIs will be asked to include their researcher team member’s information in Step 2 o f the application. (Researchers do not complete this application process).
Step 1:
- Complete the brief online application. Priority will be given to applications received by October 19, 2018.
- Applicants will be notified via email after eligibility has been verified (on or near October 26, 2018). At that time, applicants will be given access to the researcher database (if needed).
Step 2:
- Complete the full online application by November 16, 2018. The link will be provided in an email to those who successfully complete Step 1.
- Applicants will be notified via email of their selection status on or near November 26, 2018.
Step 3:
- Selected teams will be asked to participate in an informational webinar in early December to obtain guidance on pre-workshop assignments and workshop participation requirements.
